After working on Camping Jungfrau for many years, Ursula and Mark Nolan-von Allmen have finally stepped out on their own.
Since 1999 they have been running the Hotel Oberland and welcoming guests from all over the world. Mark left Australia as a backpacker at the age of 19. After many months of traveling through Europe, (he got lost in Paris and) ended up in Lauterbrunnen! Ursula is a local, born and bred in Lauterbrunnen. The couple have 2 adult children: Daughter Caroline with husband Daniel and grandsons Davide and Liam, and son Mark and his wife Silvia with their two sons James and Byron.
